🚀 About the Role
We’re looking for a forward-thinking Head of Pre-Sales to lead, build, and scale our pre-sales function across Wintrgarden and Thrivetec—two fast-growing brands within Talent Venture Group.
This is a high-impact role that blends strategic leadership with operational execution. You’ll shape the pre-sales playbook, build scalable systems, drive outreach effectiveness, and coach our team toward consistent performance. Working closely with the CEO and commercial team, you’ll help turn strong interest into real results.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
🧭 Design and execute a scalable pre-sales strategy across the full funnel
📞 Lead and coach SDRs to optimize outreach (messaging, call reviews)
📊 Own CRM hygiene and automation setup in tools like HubSpot/Salesforce
📈 Build dashboards and deliver insights to the leadership team
🧠 Develop and refine the pre-sales playbook and qualification frameworks
🤝 Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and the CEO
🚀 Contribute to GTM decisions, pipeline targeting, and forecasting
🎓 Establish a culture of continuous learning, excellence, and team growth
✅ You’ll Thrive Here If You...
Have 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Enablement, Revenue Ops, or SDR/BDR leadership
Have led or scaled pre-sales or sales support teams in SaaS, Tech, or HRTech environments
Are fluent in Swedish & English (written + spoken)
Work fluently with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and love data
Thrive in a high-growth, collaborative, and hands-on environment
Lead with clarity, care, and performance-focused coaching
Are energized by building systems and coaching others to win
