đ About the Role
As our Pre-Sales Manager, youâll be the operational backbone of our sales motion-from optimizing cold outreach to booking qualified meetings, managing CRM discipline, and helping build the infrastructure that lets our account managers thrive. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that starts hands-on and grows with you.
Youâll work closely with our 2 SDRs, 3 Account Managers, and CEO to streamline pre-sales performance. Youâll not just improve systemsâyouâll help shape the entire playbook.
đ§ What Youâll Be Doing
đ Cold Outreach Evaluation: Review, analyze, and iterate on SDR outreach and calling strategies.
đ Meetings Booked: Help ensure the team is hitting quotas for booked meetings and qualified leads.
đ§ Playbook Optimization: Continuously improve our scripts, cadences, and sales process documentation.
đ CRM Hygiene & Pipeline: Maintain high-quality CRM data (HubSpot or Salesforce) to ensure real-time visibility.
đ Weekly & Monthly Reporting: Build dashboards, track progress, and deliver insights to the CEO.
đ€ Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with SDRs, AMs, and marketing to improve sales funnel conversion.
đ Strategic Support: As you grow, contribute to go-to-market strategy and client-facing sales operations.

đ What Weâre Looking For
2â3 years in a pre-sales, sales enablement, or SDR leadership role
Strong experience working with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Naturally analytical, process-driven, and proactive
Fluent in Swedish and English (written & spoken)
Passion for continuous improvement and building high-performing systems
Values teamwork, ambition, and work-life balance
