As we scale, we’re looking for a Leads Researcher Specialist to help power our growth engine by delivering high-quality, accurate lead data that supports our SDRs and Account Executives.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in detail-oriented environments, enjoys digging deep to find the right contacts, and wants to grow in the fast-evolving world of B2B sales development.
🎯 What You’ll Be Doing
Research & Identify B2B Leads: Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and other platforms to surface high-fit leads in line with client ICPs and outreach strategies.
Enrich & Validate Contact Info: Gather and verify email addresses, job titles, company info, and other critical data points.
Maintain CRM Accuracy: Keep lead records clean and structured in HubSpot, Salesforce, or other client CRMs, ensuring data hygiene across the board.
Collaborate with Sales Teams: Align closely with SDRs, AEs, and the Campaign Strategy team to refine lead targeting criteria.
Monitor Trends & Tools: Stay updated on new tools, lead sources, and industry best practices to continually improve lead quality and workflow efficiency.
Ensure Compliance: Follow GDPR and other data privacy regulations in all research and data handling activities.
🧩 What We’re Looking For
Experience in lead research, list building, data enrichment, or B2B sales intelligence
Fluency with platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Hunter, etc.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for clean, accurate data
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Clear communication in English (written and verbal)
Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive is a bonus
Native Swedish speaker with fluent, professional-level English
Comfortable using AI tools to streamline workflows, enhance lead research, and automate repetitive tasks.
