Your Next Mission
We're looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative ready to make an impact and join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. As our SDR, you will be the first point of contact with potential clients. You will be responsible for outreach, prospecting, and setting up high-value meetings. You’ll work closely with senior sales leaders, receive hands-on training, and build the foundation for a rewarding and fast-advancing sales career.

Mission-Ready Skills (Qualifications):
To complete this mission, you’ll need a rare blend of grit, curiosity, and the drive to exceed expectations every day.
1–3 years of experience in sales, cold calling, telemarketing, or customer-facing roles.
Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
Strong written communication skills for crafting compelling outreach emails.
Experience using AI tools for prospecting, research, or communication is a plus.
Highly proficient in IT systems and Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
