What you’ll be doing:
- Own the full sales journey — from first hello to closing exciting new partnerships.
- Hit (and beat!) your monthly targets — and celebrate the wins with a team that loves to celebrate.
- Prospect and connect with future clients across Sweden — through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and your own creative ideas.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Customer Success teams to deliver a world-class experience.
- Grow with us — become an expert in our product, the Swedish market, and emerging hiring trends.
- Make your voice heard — at Wintrgarden, feedback, ideas, and innovation are part of the DNA.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 1+ years of B2B sales experience — (SaaS or HR tech experience is a major plus).
- Is passionate about helping Swedish companies grow by connecting them with top talent.
- Is a natural communicator and negotiator, self-driven, curious, and goal-oriented.
- Knows how to manage a busy sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and stay organized.
- Is fluent in both Swedish and English — essential for building strong client relationships.
- Is a team player who’s excited to be part of building something bigger than themselves.
